Frankfurter
It all starts with our custom made Frankfurter. 100% Creekstone Farms Certified Angus Beef is ground and mixed with our proprietary herbs and spices then finished in a natural casing. Absolutely no preservatives or nitrates are used, and our dogs are hormone and antibiotic free.
Sausages
Our other natural casing sausages are made with Duroc pork, certified Angus beef, premium chicken or a combination.

TOPPINGS
We use the freshest vegetables and cheeses and Benton’s Smoked Bacon. Also available are incredible toppings, such as Uncle Charlie’s Cole Slaw, Relish, Pickled Vegetables, Chili, Chili Pepper Cheese Sauce, and a slew of other housemade sauces.
CONDIMENTS
We use only the finest condiments Iincluding Heinz Ketchup, Dukes Mayonnaise, Housemade Savory Relish, Plochman’s Yellow Mustard, Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, and our Kosciusko Brown Mustard.
